This welcoming class introduces the fundamentals of ballet in a supportive and encouraging environment designed for beginners and those returning to dance. \nParticipants will move through a traditional ballet class structure including barre work\, center technique\, and across-the-floor movement. Students will develop balance\, coordination\, flexibility\, posture\, and confidence while learning the graceful foundations of dance. \nFor adults\, ballet offers a wonderful way to improve core strength\, balance\, coordination\, and body awareness while enjoying a creative and low-impact form of movement. \nThis class is also a great opportunity for parents and children to learn together.
