DESCRIPTION:Young artists ages 9–17 are invited to explore their creativity in this FREE four-week self-portrait drawing and painting program! Students will learn the fundamentals of portrait drawing\, including facial proportions\, features\, shading\, color\, and painting techniques\, as they work toward creating a finished self-portrait. \nAt the conclusion of the program\, students’ artwork will be exhibited at the Dunbar Jupiter Hammon Public Library for the community to enjoy. \n📅 Dates: Saturdays — October 3\, 17\, 24 & 31\n🕒 Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM\n📍 Location: Dunbar Jupiter Hammon Library\n👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Ages: 9–17 years\n🎟️ Cost: Free \nRegistration opens September 2 and is required through the Lee County Library System website.
