Self-Portrait Drawing & Painting

Young artists ages 9–17 are invited to explore their creativity in this FREE four-week self-portrait drawing and painting program! Students will learn the fundamentals of portrait drawing, including facial proportions, features, shading, color, and painting techniques, as they work toward creating a finished self-portrait.
At the conclusion of the program, students’ artwork will be exhibited at the Dunbar Jupiter Hammon Public Library for the community to enjoy.
