Bridging the Gap Center for the Arts invites you to experience the restorative power of movement, breath, and nature through our beginner-friendly outdoor yoga classes with Bryttoni.

Held beneath the shade of the trees, these classes provide a peaceful and welcoming environment where participants can move at their own pace while building flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. This program is designed to support physical health, emotional wellness, and self-awareness, while creating space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your wellness practice, you will be guided in a way that is accessible, encouraging, and supportive.

Bryttoni McCarter is a multifaceted individual with a diverse background in culinary arts and yoga. She has worked as a chef at LeeSar and has received certification as a yoga instructor. McCarter holds a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and has experience in various roles and launched her business Bryttoni’s Place in 2023. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to both food and wellness, making her a notable figure in the fields of culinary and yoga education.
